To obtain a copy of a police or accident report, stop by in person 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the:

Your insurance company can also request the report but we must have a signed authorization from you before any records may be released.

To start the eviction process, you need to either stop by The Court Administrator's Office located at:

Local Law Enforcement Agencies are not allowed to provide driving records. You may obtain a copy through the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Driver and Vehicle Services Division Records Request Procedure page.
