Community Corrections Advisory Board
The Rice County Community Corrections Advisory Board advises, consults with and makes recommendations to the Rice County Board of Commissioners and the director/manager of the Rice County Community Corrections Department regarding the development, maintenance, funding and evaluation of the Rice County Community Corrections Department and programs.

Rice County Community and Justice Council
The Community and Justice Council is a collaborative policy-level body that works to develop local capacity for systemic thinking and acting with respect to criminal justice issues.

Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council
The Emergency Preparedness Council began in 1988. This group's membership represents the county's emergency management providers and first responders. It meets quarterly and is supported administratively by Rice County Public Health.

Rice County Extension Committee
The Rice County Board of Commissioners appoints citizen representatives to serve on the Rice County Extension Advisory Committee.

Housing & Redevelopment Authority
The HRA's main responsibility it to ensure a sufficient supply of adequate, safe and sanitary dwellings in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of Rice County's residents.

Mental Health Advisory Council
Local Advisory Council membership gives voice to individuals who know firsthand the strengths and weaknesses of the mental health system including adults who receive mental health services, those who received services as children, and family members.

Planning Commission & Board of Adjustment
The Rice County Board of Commissioners appoints citizen representatives to serve on the Rice County Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment.

The collaborative's mission is to support the availability of comprehensive services designed to enhance and strengthen functioning for families with children ages 0-18.
