A convenience fee of 2.4% of the tax amount, with a minimum charge of $2.00, applies to all credit card payments.  A convenience fee of $4.00 applies to Visa debit card payments. No charge applies to e-Check payments.

Dial 1-877-690-3729 to pay by phone. You will need the Rice County jurisdiction code of 3321 and your property ID number. For the transaction to complete, you must wait to receive your confirmation number.

Property taxes may be included as part of your mortgage payment. If you have questions regarding your escrow, contact your mortgage company or lending institution.

Taxes that total $100 or less for the year and mobile home property taxes that total $50 or less for the year must be paid in full on the first installment due date.
